J. Channing Migner, Shareholder - Mr. Migner began his career in the workers' compensation field while working as an insurance adjuster for Kemper Insurance Company. This initial experience “on the other side” gives Channing an insider’s knowledge that helps him win higher awards for his clients against insurance companies. Channing quickly realized that he would rather represent the injured party than the insurance company. He started attending law school at night to fulfill this desire. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Migner devoted his energies to representing injured workers. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of Workers Compensation and Social Security Law since 1985. His cases regularly involve such work related injuries as repetitive strain injuries, carpel tunnel, neck and back injuries, and countless other work related injuries. Please visit our website’s “Why Choose Us” section to read first person testimonials from some of Mr. Migner’s clients. Channing is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG). He also serves on the Board of Concord Prison Outreach, Inc. He is an active facilitator with the Alternatives to Violence Project, an organization devoted to promoting non-violence among inmates to help with a successful re-entry into society.
Mr. Migner is rooting for back to back Boston Red Sox World Series Championships. There's always hope!
