Were you glad you hired Cline & Migner?

Yes, definitely. In 1993, I was electrocuted at work. I hooked up with Channing  & Sherrill.  They were awesome right from the start. Investigating, interviewing everyone...etc.  This was a life long injury and …they made sure everything was taken care of for the rest of my life.

How did you find out about them?

Originally, I was with another attorney that they worked for. I decided to go with them when they started their own firm.

It started as a workers comp claim.  Then, it developed into a civil claim too.  Sherrill sued the manufacturer of the machine I was using because it was defective.  It was a really big case, so Sherrill brought in another lawyer  who had extra experience to help. The civil case settled after 6 years.  Big ones always take forever. 

Would you refer other people to them?

I’ve always recommended them to my friends and my family.

What adjectives would you say best describes them?

Hmmm…I can’t think of the exact words I want.  I really want to say “brilliant” because they were.  But, I don’t want people to think I’m being corny.  They are really excellent attorneys. I truly feel in my heart if I had stayed with the original attorney, there never would have been that civil trial. But without me trusting Sherrill and Channing, I would be in real trouble now. I wouldn’t be self sufficient like I can be now. All because of them now, I own my own home. It’s totally mine.  I have the freedom to live where I want to live for the rest of life.  

Let me give you an example of something else. They really worked really hard to make sure I got everything I would need.  Channing told the Insurance Company that I needed a handicapped vehicle.  The Insurance Company said no. Channing said to me, “Don’t worry, the fat lady hasn’t song yet!”  Channing stuck with it and they ended up having to buy me that vehicle. Channing and Sherrill were always right on top of everything. Always intuitive and diligent about everything.

How was the rest of their staff? 

Always polite and professional. Very responsive.  People have had bad experiences with attorneys not returning calls.  I never had that problem with them.  No matter how small my question or problem was, they always called right back and they’d work it out.
